Give us the proper info so we can help you

Well
1: submersible pump or jet pump.
2: age of well if known.
3: depth of well if known.
4: diameter of well if known.
5: voltage of pump if known.
6: brand of pump/controller if known.
7: size of tank if known.
8: The more details you can give. The more we can help.


Septic
1: Type of septic system you have. 1.Conventional with field lines. 2.Aerobic system. 3.Low pressure dose system.

2: Tank size, if known.
3: Number of tanks, if known.
4: Type of pump. (If applicable)
5: Number of buildings attached to system.
6: The more details you can give. The more we can help.

This information is very helpful when diagnosing well or septic problems
