Good info JD. Where you been? I think the big issue is that if you get more than 1500 back from the IRS you will not see any money. Lots of company's trying to say you will but this is a tax credit.

Airman..I think you meant if you get LESS than 1500 back? Maybe?

Anyway I know what you mean..but its a tax credit...straight off of what you owe overall for taxes. If you owed and payed 1500 over the year...you'd get it all back. If you owed $3000 and only payed 1500..then you'd be even. If you owed 0 but payed 1500..you only get your 1500 back..not 3000.

At least I think thats the way it works. Jeez I hate taxes...and state seems harder to understand than federal. Shoulda moved to FL or NV
