Question Yogurt question

My roommate has ulcerative cloritis (sp?). He cannot handle lactose. I saw on one website that you cannot use lactose free milk to make yogurt. Does anyone have a recipe for yogurt using coconut milk? He can get it at a natural food store but it costs something like $2.50 per 8 oz container VS $.50 for Dannon from BJ's which he cannot eat.

Thank you much but roomate saw it and told me he cannot handle even a little bit of lactose which would be found in the starter. But thank you for recommending it anyway.

Hi, there are many recipes apart from this one that you can prepare at home. All you need is to collect instructions for that.

even BETTER answer- you'll be amazed!!

Ok so I was just browsing through the site (since I am new here and all) and came accross your post! I have an answer/miracle for you. I have been lactose intolerance (can't handle lactose) for pretty much my entire life, as well as the rest of the family. A few years ago I heard about this product called **** on the news, and I decided to give it a try-- this is the BEST thing out there for lactose intolerant people!! It’s around only 150 bucks (and thats if they aren't running any promotions) and you only have to use it ONCE, so it’s not an ongoing costs or anything like that. My entire family and I have all completed this program, and from this none of us have had any problems with eating ANY type of dairy again (and trust me, I used to have it bad!!). ****** The link to it, if you want to see it is:

In my opinion it’s an absolute miracle!! Maybe if your roommate does it they can actually eat REAL yogurt! I really hope this helps, I want to spread the word to others who suffer like I used to, and now its not even an issue in my life! Take care and let me know if you have any other questions about details!

Yes, have you read the details about no advertising?
