Which snowblower to buy, Ariens or Simplicity

I am looking at the Ariens 927 LE or the Simplicity L1226E.

Thanks for you help!

Ariens is a 9hp, 27" cut. Simplicity is 12hp, 26" cut.
The 12hp will use more gas than the 9hp. I also noticed that the Simplicity only has a .75 gal gas tank. Seems small for the engine size. The 12hp will NOT throw snow farther.
If you are looking at the Ariens at HomeDepot, NO NO NO they are junk! Ariens from an Ariens dealer ok.
B&S mucsled their way into Simplicity and now own 51% of the company. And they are making all 3 brands(Simplicity, Snapper, B&S Brute(formerly Murray) the same. So, now the quality of Simplicity has suffered.
Still, I favor Simplicity over Ariens.

Just be careful, some dealers are carrying the same models as big box stores to be competitive in addition to the pro line.
