Oil Pan on 2001 Suzuki GSF1200S

The owner before me slightly stripped the oil pan bolt on the last oil change.

When tightening the bolt it did not feel good. Guess what? I stripped it all the way.

I bought a replacement oil pan. When kind of gasket cement can I use? How long should I let it dry? Any advice as far as use of loctite etc?

Thanks in Advance
