Curved Corner

I'm digging a garden in the corner of my section. I want it to "sink" the edge near the lawn into the ground, I believe you can buy a flexiable wood which can be placed inside the garden to keep the lawn's edge. Is this correct if so what sort of timber is it or do you have another suggestion?
