ice dispenser not working - troubleshooting help please

Hi,

2006 GE Profile Artica
serial # psc23mgtd bb

Ice dispenser is not working, water dispenser is fine. I have checked the cup switch and it works great, solenoid next to ice auger motor passes 35 ohms so I believe it is fine. Circuit board doesn't have any obvious burn marks from shorts.

Freezer has an female electrical plug that has 6 wires that go to the ice maker. Does anyone know the wiring diagram. The brown wire has 120 volts all the time. Grey and tan wires have 14 volts and the white, green and orange wires have 0 volts. None of these wires show a voltage spike when the cup switch is activated ( I did tape the freezer close switch shut).

How does this system work, shouldn't there be a voltage surge on one wire or does the switch just provide a ground ? Does that point to the circuit board ? Can I just buy the circuit board, GE wants to sell the entire unit for $120 ? What is the voltage to the solenoid and auger motor -- 120 volts ? Can I test the auger motor ?

Thanks for help...Dave
