Is this a front loader? If it is take off the water pump and see if something is jammed in impeller. Have found bobby pins and socks in there. Look in rear of pump first and while there, clean out coin trap in hose.

when the pump is in the Spin, drain cycle you should of heard the pump making noise, If not and nothing stuck in inpellor you need a pump. very unlikely but a bad timer could also cause this. Have you checked the lid switch. Not usually a problem with your machine but also something to check.

Hi Muterboys
For testing the pump, this is fairly easy : just plug mains of the motor.
Yu can take off the lid to see the impeller.
If it is not revving, the pump is dead.
If it is revving, I suspect something like a coin is inside the rubber tube between the tank and the pump.
It is a very tricky breakdown.
Good luck!
Marc
