Information Needed. Read Before Posting

Hello and Welcome to the Gas Appliance forum and Our Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

This topic welcomes your questions and will attempt to offer you all problem solutions, advice, suggestions, correction methods and other professional help based upon the appliances problem description.

In order to best achieve the desired results, we need your help. Most importantly is to clearly word and accurately describe the appliances problem conditions and symptoms.

Often it is easily possible for me to determine the exact cause of an appliances problem simply by how the problem , symptom and/or condition is described. A well detailed description of the problem, symptoms and conditions and how you describe them is the key to a quick & fully detailed reply.

Kindly and always include within your question, the type of appliance, ignition system the appliance is equipped with, any options it has, the approximate age, if known. Fuel type used, brand name and any recent repairs made to it and why those repairs or part replacements where made.

Please describe any parts which were recently replaced or added and why. Doing so may provide me with clues to the existing problem.

Also include if the appliance was moved, relocated or a fuel conversion was done and include the reasons why. Clues are often found within those reasons which help me to help you resolve appliance problems.

Before posting a question, it is advisable to READ the existing questions within this forum which pertains to your appliance. Within those already asked questions on your subject, specific appliance problems or conditions, will be the problem solutions covered in complete details.

After posting your question and obtaining a reply, should you require additional assistance and or want to post any additional updated information, kindly use the REPLY button.

The additional information you add will remain within your original question, thereby allowing other readers of your question to easily follow along.
