Although my Gas Appliances topic welcomes your questions on natural gas forced warm air heaters, and or water heaters, I do not suggest posting those appliance questions in this forum topic. In order to provide you with the best possible service for any type of heating appliance, post those questions in the proper topic. These forum topics are located in the "Plumbing, Air & Heat" forum. Boilers - Steam & Hot Water Systems Gas & Oil Heating Furnaces Heat Pumps & Electric Heating Water heater problems should be posted in the "Water Heater" forum topic. Posting in the correct topic will provide you with multiple problem solutions provided by several do-it-yourself resident professionals in the specific appliance industry. I also attend to the heating forum as well as in the water heater forum topic. I will provide answers to your questions, when time permits and pertaining to the heaters of which I have professional experience servicing and repairing. Additional Suggestions: Read manufacturers on-line web sites for product information, problem possibilities, solving methods, parts locations, proper repair methods & procedures, pictorials, schematics, etc. which may be provided. An excellent source for original replacement parts is your local retail appliance parts store. Retail parts dealers can also help determine what may be the possible problem(s). Bring the make, model and serial numbers. The information will help to determine the possible problem causes. Parts dealers are listed in the phone book. Kindly read existing questions in the forum topics also. Doing so will provide you with a complete assortment of possible solutions to the problem(s) or condition with the appliance you have. If you need further assistance, after posting your original question and attempting any repair solutions offered, please do not post another new question on the same appliance. Always use the >REPLY< button. Using the REPLY button moves your question back up the list of questions automatically. There is no need to post a new question on the same appliance or same problem on the same appliance. Using the REPLY button also keeps all threads together for easy reading & following along by everyone concerned. When posting any new question, please use as few words as possible in the subject line. Do not use brand names, makes, models, serial numbers, etc in the subject line. Ask your question, supplying all the details, brand name, model type, serial numbers, fuel type, problem descriptions, recent repairs, parts replacements, etc, within the "Text" of the message only. Your assistance on all these matters will be very much appreciated. Regards & Good Luck. Sharp Advice. Web Site Host, Forums Manager/Monitor & Multiple Topic Moderator.
