Dunkirk Furnace Broiler gas valve not energized?

Hi

Hopefully someone can help...
My Gas boilers furnace Main Burners wont fire.
The Cas Valve burner light is OUT>

I found a Bird caught in the Vent Damper and the Damper was caught up blocking the vent. I removed the bird and I'm thinking the Blocked Vent Shut off tripped. I think I have found the Flame Roolout, but not sure of the vent shut off? On the diagram it looks like they are right in line. I have found two spots which look to be saftey cut offs. I changed the thurmal couple switch because I had a spare and didn't make a difference. Do you have a pic of the blocked bent safety shut off?

I opened the vent and put in manual status to try and fire furnace.
Everything else looks OK.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Lee

Blocked vent safety switch

That switch is usually on or just below the draft hood. Which model Dunkirk do you have?
