Weil-Mclain Heated Baseboard Blockage

There is moisture perspiring and beginning to drip around the bright green giant canister shaped part which is above the boiler system.
There is hot pipe and a cold pipe in the trifecta connected.

I get that the pressure tank is sweating.

Any chance of elaborating on the rest? Pics?
