Not much are those sizes. I think most Craftsman sets in the past didn't have 18mm, but they do now. Even their wrench sets I believe didn't include this size, but now do.

Some auto fasteners are 18mm, but it's not as frequent as other sizes.

A couple of weeks ago I had a head-banging session while attempting to change the shocks on my '94 Mazda PU. I discovered that the job required an 18 mm box socket or deep-well socket. Even though I have a rather extensive selection of both metric and US tools, all I could lay hands on was a 25/32 shorty socket which wouldn't work with a long bolt extending through the nut. Well, I have now expanded my selection in those sizes!!

18 mm is very common,,, especially to Ford PU. Transmission crossmember and bumper bolts. The 25/32 was a specialty socket for something on a Chevy or Ford car I think. Cant remember what but it might be before my time. The 17/32 tappet wrench the same way. Craftsman also has or had a GM starter wrench in their big sets along those lines. These days there are so many specialty tools that sets dont have them anymore,,, but thats what those weird ones were.
