Here goes.... I just paid over 2k for new berber carpet and installation. The carpet is beautifull but I am not happy with the install. The edges of the carpet where it meets the wood trim is not uniform at best, and sloppy at worst. Some places the carpet raises as it gets to the wall, before dipping down to the trim and in one spot there looks like there is an extra fold of carpet sticking up at the wall. There are also a couple of corners that are not tacked down. My question is this, what do I need to tell the carpet installers to do when they come back out, since I apparently need to supervize the job. Also, is it realistic to expect a cleaner seam at the wood trim or is it just not possible with berber or something? Thanks

Contact the manager of the store. Installation should be guaranteed.
