Has anyone had experience with Borakemi products to refinish hardwood floors? Our contractor is recommending this water based product as an alternative to an oil based polyurethane. Does it hold up as well? Thank you for your comments.

Bonakemi manufacturers both a water-based and oil-based polyurethane.
