Can someone tell if they ever heard of the (Atom electonic ignition), that can be purchase at any bike shop> and can this be use on any small engine and take the place of the points and condenser and I akso heard that there is no timing needed it times it self.. Help

Not only have I heard of them, I used them several times. The claims are correct. The part does replace the entire points, condenser, contact assembly.

There is no need to remove the flywheel. Simply follow the packages directions and the engine will run.

Be advised that there are several different types used for different brands and sizes of engines.
