Does anyone know how to repair or dye a bleach stain on dark blue carpeting?? Any help would be appreciated. It's not a large stain.

Bleach does not stain. It removes color. Carpet will require dye to replace the color. There are DIY methods available, but professional carpet dyers are usually recommended.
