Does anyone know how to repair or dye a bleach stain on a dark blue carpet?? Any help would be appreciated.

Bleach does not stain. It removes dye. If the affected area is not too large, perhaps a magic marker might disguise the affected area. There are carpet services that specialize in dyeing carpets. You also have the options of covering the area with a rug or calling a carpet installer to patch the carpet, using left over carpet or a piece from a closet.
