Try turning the high mixture screw out 1/4" turn. The high speed mixture screw is the one closest to the air filter (of the 2 screws next to each other on the side of the carb). You probably have a fuel problem that carb adjustment may solve. If not, check for restrictions in the fuel lines, pinched lines, cracked lines, restricted gas cap vent, fuel filter, or internal carb restriction.
