I moved to this house sevral months ago.
When I come back home, I use to find air condition doesn't want.
The fan is only working. It doesn't work outdoor AC unit (York, Stellar, egdm278304) at all.
The power light is out on thermostat (Honeywell CT3200).
I tried to turn off all power, and then try to turn on, but it doesn't work today. Indeed, this situations was happend sevral times. When I turn off all power, and then I tried to turn on AC, it used to work. But, not today...
I don't know what the real problem is.
I'd like to fix the real problem, but I don't know even which parts are problems.
Please save my family!!
You know, Here is Dallas, Texas, it's almost 100F.
Thank you.

1) Make sure the stat is set for cooling and is set cold enough.
2) Reset the breaker (Push OFF and then ON).
3) Repeat up to three times if it doesn’t start.
4) Turn power OFF.
5) Open electrical panel outside and inspect the wiring for loose or heat damaged connection. A wire may melt and break the circuit at a loose connection.
6) Locate the contactor switch. (The power wires connect to it.)
7) Is the contactor energized? (Contacts are closed.) Or is it not energized? (Contacts are open with an air gap between them.) An energized contactor coil usually makes a faint humming sound that you can only hear when nothing else is running.
8) It is also possible for the contacts to be in the closed position with an ant or an insect crushed in between that prevents the power from flowing. Cleaning the gap with a stiff piece of rough paper/cardboard may help. Do NOT file or sandpaper the contacts.
