The pipe running between the outside unit and the inside unit is frozen. Both units seem to be running okay. I've turned the A/C off and have the fan running. What is likely to be the cause of my problem?

I don't know where to look for the inside coil. Do I need to locate that?

You are either low on charge or not enough airflow. Make sure filter is clean. To check your inside coil can be quite a project if your unit doesn`t have an access door to your coil. Call a pro if there is no door ( you really need one anyway).
