My riding mowing will start. it start for a couple of days ago but it will not. It is trying to start it pops a couple of time. it is getting fuel the bowl on the carb is working alright.But everytime I try to start it I draw the battery down please help.

Trying to better understand the problem description your describing. From what I gather, the engine use to start a few days ago but won't now?
The poping sound could be ignition timing. If the blade or blades struck an immoveable object, it's possible the shear pin securing the flywheel to the engine shaft is slightly bent.
If this is the case, the engines timing will be off, causing the problem described.
Another possibilty could be fuel related. Just because the fuel bowl has fuel in it, does not mean sufficient fuel is passing thru the carb into the engine.
If this is the case, the carb must be carefully removed, disassembled, cleaned and cleared out of any gum or varnish deposits. Then correctly reassembled, most likely using a carb rebuild kit.
Most likely I have not covered all of the potential possibilities. The other resident small engine service and repair professionals may offer additional suggestions, advice & help.

What kind of engine is it? What HP, model #, etc...
Your carb could be leaking fuel into the cylinder, wetting the plug, or any of the things Tom mentioned.
