Help! I have carpet that is wet from a slow fish tank leak...any suggestions on how to dry it fast? I have been using my green machine to suck up as much of the water as possible, and i had a fan and a heater towards the area all night, but it's still wet...
any suggestions on what to do? how do i keep it from spreading? how long will it stay wet?

Carpet that remains wet 12-24 hours is prone to mold and mildew. Excess water can be removed with wet/dry vacuum. Carpet should be peeled back and excess moisture from padding removed with wet/dry vacuum. Fans should be strategically placed to dry out carpet, pad, and subfloor.
