Can anyone help?
My deck is builded near my sewer it is 5' above the ground, I had to drain it last year.
The Problem: the ground has since settled and the deck is now sinking on one corner.
Is there away to fix-it without replacing the whole deck & what is required? Thanks

Check with your local building inspector for codes for deck structure and footings, permits, and inspections.
Perhaps you will be allowed to install footings and new support posts.
