the caulk on my house is pealing out of the siding gaps, this was done just a ffew years ago, when i reapply how do i get a longer durability. the would was caulked over the stain, will sanding be enough prep for the caulk or do i need to apply a primer coat before caulking. do you recomend any brand or type of caulk. also, i used flood's cwf-uv clear wood finish a year ago, it has badly pealed and has not held up at all against the weather, copper's rain coat has been reccomended, do you have anything you think might be more duarable?
