I used that brown painter's tape with one adhesive edge to tape off around the doorframe and the vanity in my bathroom. I'm done painting and now I wonder: Should I remove the tape now while the paint is wet, or should I wait for it to dry first?
I ran into a problem in the past when I painted my kitchen. I pulled the tape while the paint was in that gummy state between wet and dry and it peeled the paint off in an uneven edge.

If you must use tape pull it off as soon as you get through painting.Do not let tack up or dry remove soon as you are through with the area.
