How much should I expect to pay to have the exterior of my rental property painted? I needs very little scraping. I will also be paying for all materials. It is being painted by a friend. It is a two story home. How do the do quotes? Is it by surface footage? Thanks

You might also want to make sure that the contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured. License verification is best obtained by calling the County Licensing department in your county.
Without licensing, you have no legal protection should the contractor do a poor job. Most insurance companies will also not cover an unlicensed contractor.
