How long a pice of 2x12 is needed to make a five step stringer with a 10" run and a 6 2/3" rise?

I would just go to my nearest Home Improvement store and buy them already made. You can buy them premade cheaper then you can by the 2x12. The 2x12 must be pressure treated.

6 foot should do ya for that by my math.
