help somebody I dropped my remote to my GE 28 tv on the floor it is one year old and is hooked up to my vcr and cable box but now when I click the menu or volume button on my TV remote I cannot see it unless I click and hold down my channel up or down button of my cable box remote??? whats with that suddenly
it worked fine 2 days ago now I cannot see my closed captions words on the TV???:(

Well I have done the same thing a couple times what i did because those remotes are not worth fixing is go to zellers or walmart and buy a universle remote about 10.00 $ here in canada more than likely 5.00$ there (lol) this will run everthing tv,vcr, cable box ive done it twice.:cool:
