What type of flooring should i use for a second story deck. the deck will be above my patio doors.

your typical choices include cedar .. the ever popular and economical pressure treated and then you have exotic hardwoods. Its really a matter of preference. You cant use a tongue and groove type wood unless its going to be covered. There are under deck water handling systems available if thats your concern. HOpe this helps--Josh
