I just finished painting my living room and hall, is there a time limit on putting the border up? Do I have to wait a couple of days? This is my first time putting up border any suggestions on that will be helpful too. Thanks.

Depends on what you paint the walls with...but lets say that you used a waterbased emulsion/latex...5/6 hours will be fine..
