I have (12) 2x8X10 joists to fit onto (4) 2X10X16 headers. 2 headers a side attached to cement buried 4X4s.
The header span is approx. 15ft and the joist span is 9ft. Is that long of header span safe?
If anyone knows please let me know. Everything is complete except for attaching the joist.
Thanks

It may sag in time with that span. A midpost 4x4 would help out greatly. Hope this helps--Josh
