I have a vaulted ceiling which had a leak problem that has been repaired, but the ceiling is sagging and the drywall looks like it is coming loose. I would like to know how to repair the sag (warped rafters) and re-stipple the ceiling to match, or another suggestion other than stippling would be greatly appreciated. I need to keep cost to a minimum.

Severely warped rafters are a structural problem. You'll need to have a professional contractor check it out. Hopefully, its just damaged drywall. You could try to reattach with drywall screws. Be sure to hit a stud. Chances are the drywall is brittle due to the water damage. If that's the case, you'll need to cut out the damaged sections and reattched new pieces. It's a messy job, especially on a ceiling. It might be impossible to match the existing stippling but you could try.
