My squash plants have a few leaves that have turned a dark green and are wilting. Is this a disease or a bug?
Also, I once found a web site that showed pictures of problems that vegetables contract and the recommended cures. Since my last crash, I have not been able to find the same site. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Have you seen any squash bugs?

You can also split a stem of one of the wilted leaves and look for the squash vine borer, a white worm about an inch long.

Cucumber beetles carry bacterial wilt.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did see a mess of squash bugs last year just before the plants suddenly died. I was hoping to avoid the use of insecticide but I guess it's either take one's lumps or spray.
The web sites you provided were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again
