Hello,
I have a 27 RCA that i have had for 3 years it was a wedding present. It completely blacked out one day. Now when i press power I get a click or two clicks and it shuts off when on it has a little spot. My wife says toss it I would like to fix it.If you could help thanks Mike

Well, old Smokey won't agree with either one of you on this issue.

So, would you tell me the model number of the set, the model year, etc. so that I can check my archieves for data?

Tell me how it blacked out. No sound? No picture? White screen? Black screen? White screen with snow? Have audio with any of these?

Tuner is made on to main PCB and is a common problem for bas solder connections on the "sheild" around the tuner
