Does anybody have any ideas how I would install concrete poles used for car barriers? there is air conditioning units that people keep running into and the flat concrete ones that sit on the ground seem to move around to much. I would have to somehow chisle the asphalt also. thanks for any ideas.

Most of the concrete barriers I've seen have a hole on each end.
Drive some rebar down through the asphalt.
