I have a wall unit air conditioner that keeps freezen up (ice under the filter in front) when running. The evaporator and condenser is clean and the thermostat checks out ok with an ohm meter. What else can be the problem?

Ensure your return air filter is clean. If it is, the next step would be to have your freon level checked, sounds like it could be low.
