I started to remove the wallpaper in my dining room and the plaster or drywall is coming off on the back of the wall paper. How do I repair the wall once it's all removed? thanks

Are we talking great big chunks of plaster or small pieces here and there?

plaster or drywall?

I'd think drywall, never known wallpaper to stick so ferociously to rip plaster out.

You need to score and wet the wallpaper more, if you're not already thro'. Score, wet, wet again if necessary, then remove in small strips.

The patching can be done, don't worry. Just let us know what material and what size chunks.
