How do I go about putting in a lower deck with a sunken Hot tub
and arbor. The hot tub is wood heated.

three things to consider.
1 weight
will the hot tub be so low as it could be set on a concrete slab? or will the deck need to carry the weight in some fashion
2 access
as great as hot tubs are a 2 dollar temperature sensor can send the whole thing topsy turvy so you need either under deck acess or a removable flooring panel
3 design
try and draw up a physical picture. this will make it easier for you to understand what you want it to look like in the end even though im sure "in your head" you know where youre going\
