Before I buy this tile -- are there any booby traps, tricks or tips involved with laying 20 inch floor tiles?
Also, I need to replace the tile around the fireplace, and want to use granite. Haven't found granite tile in anything other than 12", so I guess I'll have to cut 6x6 tiles from the 12" ones. Is that do-able?
Thanks for your wisdom!

A wet saw with a diamond blade is recommended for cutting granite. Any movement in subfloor or underlayment may result in grout failure and/or cracked tile. Concrete underlayment material is recommended as is unsanded grout.

Granite tiles are sold usually in 12X12 or 18 x 18.
A good wet saw is needed (something like this http://www.mk-diamond-saws.com/tile.htm?source=overture )
