I had a concern. We had a house built. It is a little over a year old. I have noticed a loud noise coming from the basement. It seems like it is coming from the lines to the Central air conditioning unit. It is a loud Roaring noise. At the time I have been hearing it, the air isn't even on! I was wanting to know if you know what is happing?
