Is there any kind of method for cleaning and/or buffing a ceramic tile with real dirty grout? The floor hasn't been cleaned in years. Supposedly the floor has a sealer on it from when it was first put down?

There are commercial tile and grout cleaners available. If tile is unglazed, the tile should be resealed. As grout tends to be porous and absorbs oils, soils, and stains, it should be kept sealed with a penetrating sealer if grout is in an area where it will be subject to soiling.
