I HAVE A GOODMAN MAKE HEAT PUMP . WHEN PLACED ON COOL SOMTIMES NOT ALL THE TIME THE EXT.FAN AND COMPRESSOR WILL TURN ON BUT THE INTER. BLOWER WILL NOT . THIS IS WAITING FOR ABOUT 5 MIN TO MAKE SURE IT HAD PLENTY OF TIME FOR THE DELAY. HAVE TO CUT OFF UNIT THEN TURN IT ON AGAIN...THEN IT WILL WORK AGAIN....PLEASE HELP.

it may be getting hot and quitting, also check capacitor on blower as well.
