I am installing new carpet over a sound plywood floor. It is in an office so I plan on glueing it down with Henry's 351. The office is 250 sq ft and in an L shape. What is the best approach to measuring, cutting and handling the seam in this situation? The carpet is jute backed with no padding.

Without knowing the exact measurements of the "L" shape, it is hard to say.
Remember the carpet is 12' wide. You will be row cutting the seam edge back an inch or more to get a good straight ravel free edge.
Plan your layout with the least amount or length of seams.
Be sure to seal the seam with latex seam sealer, which takes a different technique then a stretch in installation.
Good luck, and don't get more glue on you then the floor!
