We layed tile on a concrete floor. The tiles did not adhere to the concrete. The same adhesive was used on a early project that was completed fine, the floor was cleaned, we waited the proper time. What could be the problem?

What is the adhesive called...name brand etc? Could have been a number of reasons, but will have a better idea with a few more details.;)
