I need to replace some gutters. I have gutters now, but they
leak and collect tons of leaves. I would like to stop the leaking
and do something so I would not have to get on a ladder and
clean them out - ever!!! I am trying to get the outside
maintenance as close to zero as possible. (The house has vinyl
siding so there is nothing to paint)

seemless gutters with the gutter toppers are probably not a DIY job - you need a machine to make them to size on site. Anyway if you want maintiance free, get estimates on new seemless gutters with gutter toppers (keeps the leaves out guaranteed. Should run you about 1k-2K depending on size of house
