I am painting white gloss latex over green gloss latex on all trim throughout the house. Is there an easier way to prep surface for better adhesion for gloss on gloss than sanding?

will give you the best prep and you don't have to go bananas w/the sandpaper either. Sand enough to roughen the surface. Think "scuff".
