My toilet is not empting on the first flush, for that matter it is not flushing on the second or the third. It is not backing up though. Any suggestion would greatly be appreciated. :confused:

Get a toilet auger, feed the auger down through the bowl into the built-in toilet trap, and crank away.
Hopefully, you will dislodge whatever is clogging the toilet trap.
