I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and the other exhaust fan in the bathroom was just placed in between the floor joices of the second story. So the moist air that my exhaust fan is sucking out of the bathroom is going into the ceiling in between wood. Is this going to be excessive moisture up there... am I going to hard any problems with moisture up there or does is it such a small amount of moisture that it will not matter.

A bathroom fan can exhaust a great deal of moisture, especially with showers, and yes, it will eventually cause a problem in an enclosed floor.
You're not even supposed to vent them into ventilated attics for the same reason. They are supposed to be vented to the outside. Period.
Either install ductwork through an exterior wall or through the roof with that fan.
Good luck!

I had the same problem with my vent fan when we bought our home. Much like the link Twelvepole posted, our walls around the tile at the ceiling was getting mold build up, as I would clean it off it would come back in a month or so. The fan was getting worn out and noisy anyway so we bought a new fan and when I pulled down the old one I discovered no ducting hooked to it, I did find ducting in the ceiling and a vent cover on the outside. For some reason this wasn't hooked up, I installed the new fan and hooked the ducting to it and now have no mold problems. You will have to do as OldGuy says and hook up ducting leading outside also.
Good luck to you
