We are repainting a 1996 Fleetwood double wide the walls are all dry wall with what appears to be vynal patern over the paper backing of the dry wall if we use Kilz 2 will the paint stick to this without peeling?:confused:

I'd say its worth a shot. I can't guarantee that the paint will stick of course, but you do need something that would ensure the "wallpaper" pattern won't bleed through the paint. If I was in this situation, I would go for Zinsser's Bull's Eye instead.
